Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Talent, Recruitment & Learning

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mid-level Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Talent Management, Recruitment (Recruiting Cloud), and Learning modules. The role involves configuring and supporting end-to-end Talent processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal usage of Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders and onshore counterparts to deliver configurations, enhancements, and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules.

- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
- Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Succession, Career Development)
- Recruitment (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Learning (Oracle Learning Cloud)
- Translate business requirements into functional configurations and setups.
- Manage end-to-end configuration activities: Enterprise setups, Roles, Flexfields, approval workflows (BPM), and notifications.
- Assist with testing (SIT/UAT) and document test results.
- Analyze system issues, troubleshoot functional errors, and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), and data migration (HDL/HSDL).
- Support quarterly release impact assessments and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain configuration workbooks, functional design documents, and training guides.
- Participate in enhancement discussions and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Technical Skills:

- 4–7 years of total experience,



with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules.
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two of the following:
- Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career, Succession)
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Learning Cloud
- Strong understanding of HCM data model and Talent Management processes.
- Experience with Fast Formulas, BPM approvals, and Role-based security.
- Good knowledge of HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
- Exposure to HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
- Experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with onshore/offshore teams.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any equivalent.
- MBA in HR or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

- Oracle certification in Talent Management Cloud or Recruiting Cloud.
- Understanding of related HCM areas such as Core HR or Compensation.
- Knowledge of Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) or Journeys.
- Familiarity with security and role design in Talent modules.
- Prior experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
