Job Description – Senior Billing Executive

Position: Senior Billing Executive
Location: Raipur / Bilaspur / Jagdalpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes.
- Ensure timely and error-free billing as per company policies.
- Verify sales orders, pricing, discounts, GST, and customer details before billing.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily billing records and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle billing-related customer queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory billing requirements.
- Reconcile billing data with dispatch and payment records.
- Monitor pending invoices and coordinate for timely closure.
- Train and guide junior billing executives on billing processes and software usage.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 3–6 years of experience in billing, preferably in the building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the building materials or construction products industry.
- Solid understanding of inventory and dispatch coordination.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in billing operations.
- Team player with leadership capabilities.
