We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, following up on leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Position: Tele Caller Executive
Location : Gandhinagar
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days a week, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Week Off: Any one between Monday to Thursday
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and follow up on assigned leads through calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective clients with the sales team.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer information and records.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's projects and services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Valuable follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
