Job Summary

SJ Ventures is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to manage the complete digital presence of our e-commerce brands. The candidate should be strong in content creation, social media management, performance marketing, campaign planning and brand communication.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing paid advertising campaigns and improving website traffic, customer engagement and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for SJ Ventures and its brands.
- Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, product videos, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Write captions, scripts, advertising copy, product descriptions and website content.
- Manage social media posting, audience engagement and community growth.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, customer acquisition cost and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, influencers and the e-commerce team.
- Plan influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns.
- Support SEO, keyword research, blogs and website-content optimisation.
- Analyse competitor activities, social-media trends and customer behaviour.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.




- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all digital platforms.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and recommend improvements to increase sales.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong content-creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating concepts and scripts for reels and short-form videos.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and digital trends.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer-conversion journeys.
- Good communication, leadership and campaign-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands and marketing activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify and online marketplaces.
- Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Basic photography, videography or video-editing knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI-based content and marketing tools.
- Experience in spiritual, lifestyle, wellness or consumer-product categories.

The ideal candidate should be creative, performance-driven and capable of taking complete ownership of digital marketing. The candidate should be able to turn business ideas into effective content and campaigns that generate brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
