Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of hospital infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning units.
- Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment support utilities such as power supply, UPS, generator, and oxygen lines (if applicable).
- Conduct preventive maintenance of hospital facilities to avoid equipment failure and operational disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues within the hospital premises.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, air handling units (AHU), and ventilation systems to ensure proper environmental conditions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work or equipment servicing.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Attend to emergency maintenance issues immediately to avoid disruption in patient care.




- Support installation and setup of new medical equipment and facility infrastructure when required.

Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Basic understanding of hospital infrastructure and medical equipment utilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements in healthcare facilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
- 2–4 years experience in hospital, clinic, or facility maintenance preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
