Overview

We are a rapidly growing infrastructure and engineering company specializing in Government Civil Construction Projects across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer who has successfully executed Government infrastructure projects and can independently manage site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Note: Candidates with relevant Government construction project experience will be given preference.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities for Government infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in executing Government civil works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Government Authorities, and Clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with Government specifications and standards.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor billing.
- Prepare DPRs, Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and site compliance.




- Attend client meetings, inspections, and project review meetings.
- Maintain all project documentation and site records.
- Support successful project handover within stipulated timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Government project execution procedures and quality standards.
- Experience in infrastructure, roads, drainage, water supply, bridges, irrigation, industrial civil works, or similar Government projects.
- Ability to independently handle complete site execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Key Eligibility Criteria Candidates Must Have:

- Government Civil Construction Project experience.
- Experience in infrastructure or public sector civil projects.
- Strong site execution and project coordination skills.

Only candidates with relevant Government Civil Infrastructure Project experience should apply.
