Folder Gluer Machine Operator

Department: Production

Job Responsibilities

- Operate the Folder Gluer Machine as per the production plan.
- Set up the machine according to the job card and box specification.
- Adjust machine settings for different duplex box sizes and styles.
- Ensure proper folding, gluing, and finishing of duplex boxes.
- Check glue quality, folding accuracy, and box alignment during production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum wastage.
- Report any machine problems or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Record daily production details as instructed.




- Handle raw materials and finished products carefully to avoid damage.
- Follow safety rules and wear the required PPE while operating the machine.
- Work with the Printing, Lamination, Die Cutting, QC, and Dispatch teams for smooth production.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Qualification

- SSLC / Plus Two / ITI (Preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating a Folder Gluer Machine in a printing & packaging or duplex box manufacturing company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
