Canva Designer + Social Media Manager (Full-Time / Freelance)

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and fast-working Canva Designer + Social Media Manager to join our studio team.

We need you to design Carasouls and thumbnails and manage social media accounts but most important is Designing

Key Responsibilities

Canva Design

- Create high-quality carousels, posters, reels covers, and brand creatives
- Design content for clients from multiple industries: schools, eco-villages, real estate, creators, NGOs
- Maintain consistent branding for each client
- Create templates for faster workflow
- Basic photo editing & layout sense

Social Media Management

- Schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Upload and optimize reels
- Write short captions (we will guide)
- Maintain content calendar
- Track engagement and send weekly updates
- Manage basic DMs & comments




- Help with hashtag research and trend spotting

Requirements

- Proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
- Good design aesthetic + ability to follow brand guidelines
- Basic understanding of Instagram trends
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, consistent, disciplined
- Living close to IT park is advantage

Job Type

- Full-Time (preferred)
- Freelance option also available
- 12-month contract
