Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Execution Officer to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, monitor task completion, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily operational tasks as per company policies and timelines.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and update management on task status.
- Handle vendor and customer coordination when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Support management in implementing new processes and projects.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Master's degree is mandatory (MBA, M.Com, MA, MSc, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized university).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, execution,



administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Freshers with a robust academic background may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track task execution.
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
