About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
- Manage the onboarding process for recent hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and resolve disputes.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement employee development programs.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.




- Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
