Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hardware Testing Engineer with experience in elevator electronics to join our R&D; and production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and troubleshooting elevator control boards, electronic hardware, and complete controller systems to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional testing of elevator electronic control boards and controller systems.
- Test PCB assemblies, power supplies, relay modules, communication boards, and interface circuits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures to component level.
- Verify product performance against technical specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct electrical, functional, and endurance testing of elevator controllers.
- Identify defects, document test results, and coordinate with the design and production teams for corrective actions.
- Validate new hardware designs before production release.
- Perform firmware loading and hardware verification,



if required.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing records.
- Support production, service, and R&D; teams in resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in hardware testing, electronics troubleshooting, or elevator electronics.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in testing PCBs, SMPS, microcontroller-based circuits, and power electronics.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with elevator controllers, ARD systems, VVVF drives, COP/LOP, and safety circuits.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and product validation.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹348,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
