Experience Required

- 10-15 years of overall SAP Functional experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Lead.
- At least one end-to-end Greenfield SAP implementation completed.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/Generative AI capabilities within SAP or enterprise business processes.
- Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, or AI-enabled SAP solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience identifying and driving AI-powered process improvements, automation, and business insights within SAP landscapes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead SAP functional teams across the complete project lifecycle.
- Drive business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI to optimize SAP business processes, improve user productivity, and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with AI, Data, and SAP technical teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into SAP solutions where applicable.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Support project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay updated with emerging SAP Business AI capabilities and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
