Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with reputed construction or real estate development companies and be capable of leading architectural design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, and Project Management teams.
- Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with local building regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimize project cost and functionality.
- Manage consultants, vendors, and external architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects comply with CMDA/DTCP/RERA/NBC regulations and statutory approvals.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups before execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural quality and resolve construction-related issues.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material selection and approval.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and architectural documentation.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

- 8–15 years of architectural experience in reputed construction or real estate companies.
- Experience handling large-scale residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, and township developments.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with government authorities for approvals is an added advantage.
