Job Overview

Cloud and Platform Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, modernizing, and operating enterprise cloud platforms across AWS and Azure, solutions architecture, or similar role.

Strong expertise in cloud architecture, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, observability, security, reliability engineering, and large-scale modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of core AWS/Azure services, including but not limited to:
- AWS/Azure Architecture, Cloud Modernization, Platform Engineering, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, Azure Networking
- Compute: EC2, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk
- Storage: S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier
- Networking: VPC, Route 53, ELB, Direct Connect
- Databases: RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift
- Security & Identity: IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and cloud security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Qualified certification.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).




- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
