Job Summary

We are hiring an IT Support Executive to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic troubleshooting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in IT support and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office devices
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist employees with IT-related queries and technical problems
- Monitor system performance and maintain IT records
- Configure email accounts and user access management
- Support basic networking and internet connectivity issues




- Maintain data backup and system security practices
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance when required
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure

Requirements

- Graduation / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking concepts
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical requests
