We are looking for a Business Analyst to own the requirements lifecycle for our product initiatives, working closely with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into transparent, actionable specifications. This is primarily an analysis role, with a portion of time spent supporting execution and tracking to ensure
requirements are delivered as intended.
Key responsibilities
Business Analysis (primary)
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and existing system study
- Write clear requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to communicate requirements effectively
- Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring shared understanding
- Support UAT by defining test scenarios and validating that delivered features meet requirements
- Maintain requirement traceability and manage change requests
Execution & Tracking (~20%)
- Track progress of requirements through the development lifecycle
- Help coordinate between teams to keep deliverables on schedule
- Maintain work items, update status, and flag risks or blockers
Good to have
- Exposure to eDiscovery, legal tech, or enterprise software domains
- Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven applications
Required Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills
- Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with wireframing/mockup tools and process modeling
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
