Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and execution-focused HR Executive whose primary focus is to build a positive, engaging, and high-energy work culture while supporting core HR activities.

Experience

- 3–4 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute employee engagement activities (Fun Fridays, games, team sessions).

· Organize celebrations, team-building events, and reward & recognition programs.

· Conduct 1:1 employee interactions to improve engagement and satisfaction.

· Ensure a motivated, active, positive, and disciplined work workplace.

· Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

· Collaborate with leadership to strengthen workplace culture.

· Drive employee participation and execute HR initiatives effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
