Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise civil works such as foundations, pedestals, plinth beams, flooring, and drainage.
- Ensure correct placement, alignment, and level of anchor bolts.
- Coordinate with erection teams during steel structure installation.
- Monitor daily site activities and manpower.

2. Drawings & Technical Coordination

- Study and interpret PEB GA drawings, foundation drawings, and civil layouts.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, and erection teams.
- Prepare and maintain bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs.

3. Quality Control

- Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check concrete grades, reinforcement, shuttering, and curing.
- Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, and checklists.





4. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety norms and PPE usage.
- Conduct toolbox talks and follow safety procedures during excavation and erection activities.

5. Planning & Reporting

- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and work schedules.
- Track material consumption and coordinate timely material availability.
- Assist in billing, measurements, and subcontractor coordination.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
