Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to promote our HRMS Software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, email marketing, generating qualified leads, and coordinating meetings with the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain the features and benefits of the company's HRMS Software to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email marketing.
- Identify customer requirements and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Update and manage the lead database regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support.
- Experience in B2B sales or software/IT industry will be an added advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Performance-based incentives may be offered.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
