Admission Counsellor – Training Consultancy

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable training programs. The ideal candidate will counsel students, explain course details, manage the admission process, and help achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and training requirements.
- Explain course features, curriculum, fees, schedules, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM or database.




- Coordinate with trainers and the administration team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist with promotional events, seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
- Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong counseling and sales abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
