We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, to manage client relationships and drive social media execution for leading brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience coordinating brand shoots and content creation. Job Summary

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, design, video, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Plan, organize, and manage photo and video shoots for brands.
- Visit client locations to coordinate and execute content shoots.
- Prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Review creatives before client sharing and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Social Media, with a digital marketing agency (preferred).




- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in coordinating brand shoots, content production, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
