They understand visuals and take pride in their creativity in building beautiful, inspiring and persuasive artwork but also do not hesitate in making marketing-focussed banners, ads, and posters among other things.

They are fun loving and enjoy working with teams. They often use their photoshopping skills and make funny, creative art depicting their co-workers on movie posters.

- Bachelors with 1-4 years of relevant experience (or)
- Just 2-5 years of relevant experience

- Selectors, Styles and Frameworks
- JS and JS Frameworks - JQuery
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- HTML and CSS - Selectors, Styles and Frameworks - Bootstrap
- GIMP

Technical Skill sets - Trainable

- Git, Github, Gitflow and associated concepts
- Cloning, Branching, Merging, Adding, Committing, Pull Requests, Conflict Resolution
- Apache Webserver - Setup, Deployment
- IDE and SDK Setups
- Dependency Management - Bower, Composer etc
- SCRUM, JIRA

Technical Skill Sets - Positive to haves

- Knowledge and experience in at least one open source CMS framework such as Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc.
