- Provide day to day support for desktops laptops and softphones
- Basic knowledge of servers AD DNS DHCP
- Handle incidents and service requests ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution
- Support basic LAN infrastructure switches routers firewalls
- Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance
- Understanding of IT asset management
- Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments
- Knowledge of WVD AVD and exposure to Genesys AWS is an added advantage
- Versatile to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies
