Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of work experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and management of our educational products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and ensuring alignment with our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, development, launch, and continuous enhancement.
- Manage and lead the operations team to ensure smooth execution of academic and student support functions.
- Oversee the complete student lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, counseling support, retention, and course completion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback assessments to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology, academic, sales, marketing, and support teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Define product specifications, user stories, workflows, and feature requirements for development teams.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
- Supervise scheduling, class coordination, faculty communication, and operational planning to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Monitor team performance, service quality, and adherence to SLAs while driving operational excellence.
- Implement and optimize workflows, processes,



and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Address student queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze product performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to drive data-based decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to support business growth and product improvements.
- Act as the product advocate by communicating product vision, updates, and advantages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, academic, and student success teams to ensure a seamless and engaging student journey.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing user experience, student satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive product vision and execution.
