Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Management
- Handle and manage online marketplaces
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Manage promotional campaigns, offers, and online advertisements.
- Track customer reviews, ratings, and queries for better customer experience.
- Ensure product availability and stock updates across all platforms.
Modern Trade
- Coordinate with modern trade outlets and retail chains for product placement and sales growth.
- Maintain relationships with store managers, category managers, and distributors.
- Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and replenishment.
- Execute promotional activities, visibility campaigns, and in-store branding.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and required documentation.
- Visit stores whenever required for coordination and market feedback.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: ₹9,747.01 - ₹35,000.00 per month
