We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company services and prepare business proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
