We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef to join our team in Tuticorin. The candidate should have strong expertise in authentic tandoor cooking and be capable of maintaining excellent taste, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook tandoor items
- Ensure proper marination and grilling techniques
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage tandoor section operations efficiently
- Handle bulk orders and busy service hours

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef
- Strong knowledge of tandoor oven operations and temperature control
- Expertise in North Indian marinades and grilling techniques
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and time management skills

Salary: Attractive salary based on experience
