Job Description – Manager, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Governance

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT qualified to lead and manage the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, information security, business applications, and technology governance. The role will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, business continuity, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement while leading the MIS & IT team and driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Infrastructure

- Manage and oversee servers, networks, firewalls, cloud services, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability of all business-critical systems.
- Monitor backups, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity controls.
- Manage user access, identity management, and information security controls.

Team Leadership & Governance

- Lead and supervise the MIS & IT team and review daily operational activities.
- Handle Level-2 and Level-3 escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
- Conduct periodic operational reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and elimination of single-point dependency.

Incident, Change & Security Management

- Manage critical incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Review and approve infrastructure, workflow, automation, and system changes.
- Ensure testing, rollback planning, and post-change validation.
- Monitor cybersecurity controls, vulnerabilities, patch management, and security incidents.

Business Applications & Automation

- Administer and support CRM, HRMS, payroll, AppSheet applications, and other business systems.
- Drive process automation, reporting improvements,



and workflow digitization.
- Support dashboards, MIS reporting, data integrations, and business intelligence initiatives.

Vendor & Compliance Management

- Manage ISPs, software vendors, AMCs, subscriptions, domains, and hosting services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and security standards.
- Maintain asset registers, system documentation, access logs, and operational records.
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of observations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Technology Governance.
- Experience managing enterprise IT environments and leading IT teams.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security+, ITIL, Fortinet, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
