Job Summary

Adissia Developers is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vendor Onboarding to manage the onboarding and coordination of contractors and vendors for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in procurement and vendor management, along with strong connections with contractors and vendors in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution.

Experience

- 3–8 Years
- Experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry is mandatory.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors and vendors for construction projects.
- Maintain a strong network of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Projects, QS, Engineering, and Finance teams to understand vendor requirements.
- Source new vendors and contractors based on project needs.
- Collect and verify vendor documents, licenses, GST details, and other compliance requirements.
- Invite quotations, compare commercial and technical bids, and support the vendor selection process.
- Coordinate contract finalization and vendor onboarding activities.
- Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and contractors.




- Build long-term relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely support for ongoing and future projects.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve vendor and contractor-related issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and project requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in vendor onboarding and procurement.
- Existing network of construction contractors and vendors is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of procurement procedures and contractor management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling vendors and contractors for civil, MEP, interiors, finishing works, and construction materials.
- Good knowledge of vendor documentation, quotations, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
