Job Profile - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location - Chandigarh

Experience:

Minimum 7–10 years in a similar role with team-handling exposure

Qualification -CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly MIS and Accounts Closing

o Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes

o Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports and financial KPIs

o Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data

2. GST and Income Tax Compliance

o Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and handling GST assessments

o Manage TDS compliance, advance tax workings, and IT return filings

o Stay updated with latest amendments and ensure implementation

3. Financial Statements and Cash Flow Preparation

o Lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

o Prepare monthly and annual cash flow statements and assist in forecasting

o Liaise with consultants for technical interpretations when required

4. Receivables, Payables & Stock Ageing Analysis





o Monitor AR and AP ledgers and aging reports

o Highlight overdue balances and coordinate with business teams for resolution

o Analyze inventory aging and support in provisioning and optimization

5. Audit Management (Tax & Statutory)

o Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors

o Ensure timely closure of audits with zero/ minimal qualifications

o Prepare and review audit schedules and notes to accounts

6. RoC and Corporate Law Compliance

o Handle RoC filings, board resolutions, and other MCA compliance

o Ensure adherence to Companies Act requirements

o Coordinate with company secretarial team and legal advisors

- Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / SAP / ERP systems

o Valuable knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP
