Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager who can own our Instagram presence, build a strong brand identity, and convert engagement into revenue.

If you live on Reels, understand viral audios before they trend, and know how to build a fashion brand online — we want you.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Strategy

- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
- Develop high-performing Reels concepts (fashion transitions, styling videos, trend-based content)
- Maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetic
- Identify viral trends and adapt them for Drippinhot

Execution

- Shoot coordination & direction for content days
- Work with UGC creators and influencers, celebrity stylists
- Write engaging captions with strong hooks
- Schedule and post content consistently

Growth & Performance

- Track analytics and optimize content strategy
- Increase engagement rate & follower growth




- Drive traffic and conversions to website
- Run Instagram promotions & collaborate with Meta Ads team

Community Management

- Reply to DMs & comments in brand tone
- Build hype around launches & drops
- Create interactive stories (polls, Q&A;, countdowns)

Requirements

- 2–4 years experience in fashion/lifestyle social media
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut/InShot
- Understanding of Meta Ads is a bonus
- Must understand fashion trends
- Based in Bangalore
