Hiring: Consultant – General Medicine (MD Physician)

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

SPES Super Speciality Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Consultant – General Medicine (MD Physician). We are looking for a compassionate and clinically skilled physician committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualification

- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in a reputed hospital (Fresh MDs may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in OPD, IPD, and Emergency.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, interpret diagnostic investigations, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Conduct daily ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and modify treatment plans as required.
- Manage medical emergencies and provide timely interventions for critically ill patients.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, ICU, Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, and other clinical departments.




- Prescribe medications safely and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and antibiotic stewardship guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up plans.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
