About the Role

This is a high-ownership internship for someone who wants to learn how a growing startup actually runs. You'll be embedded in the Operations team, touching everything from advisor communications to live projects — and you'll be expected to figure things out, not just execute tasks.

What You'll Do

1. Projects & Initiatives (Primary Focus)

The bulk of your time will go here. As a startup, we always have new initiatives running in parallel — from building processes from scratch to solving operational problems we've never faced before. You'll work directly with the team on these, own specific pieces, and learn rapidly across functions.

Support live projects across operations, product, content, or business development — wherever bandwidth is needed

Help build processes, trackers, and frameworks for current initiatives

Work independently on defined project components with clear ownership

Bring fresh thinking to problems and flag blockers early

2. Customer & Advisor Support

We support a network of independent insurance advisors on our platform. You'll help ensure they have what they need to operate smoothly.

Assist with initial outreach to prospective advisors when required

Handle day-to-day communications with advisors & customers — answering queries,



sharing updates

Resolve basic advisor queries independently; route complex ones to the right POC

Share relevant data, reports, or platform information with advisors as needed

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm to learn: You'll face new problems constantly. What matters most is that you're curious, not that you already know everything.

AI-native mindset: You should be genuinely comfortable using AI tools — not just ChatGPT, but actively exploring how different tools can help you work better and faster.

Basic Excel / Google Sheets: You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable with formulas, filters, and basic data organisation.

Google Workspace fluency: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail — these should feel natural to you.

Strong communication skills: Written & Verbal communication is a big part of this role. You should be able to write clearly and professionally in English.

Ownership mindset: We're a small team. If something's not done, it won't get done. We need people who take responsibility without being asked twice.

Problem-solving orientation: When you hit a wall, your first instinct should be to think it through — not escalate immediately.
