We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Executive (Outreach) to support our sales and marketing efforts by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential prospects. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start a career in B2B sales, business development, or growth marketing.

You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline through research, outbound outreach, and initial engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, online research, and other platforms
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists in CRM systems
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Personalize outreach messages to improve response rates
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status




- Track and report key outreach metrics (response rates, meetings booked, conversions)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
