What you'll actually do all day

- Own the leads that come your way — call, WhatsApp, email, repeat. No lead left on read.
- Understand what each student really wants (and what mom and dad are worried about) and connect the dots to our programs.
- Run the full funnel: first hello → counselling session → follow-up → enrollment. You're the human the whole way through.
- Hit your monthly admission targets — and celebrate loudly when you do.
- Keep your CRM clean and updated (future-you will thank present-you).
- Give us the ground truth: what objections keep coming up, what's working, what isn't.
- Build and Manage a team of at least 10+ counsellors

You'll thrive here if you have

- 3–5 years in admissions, inside sales, EdTech, or any role where you sold with your voice (freshers with serious hustle, we'll still read your application).




- The gift of the gab in English + Kannada/Hindi — bonus points for more.
- A closer's instinct: you're warm, but you don't let a "maybe" die a slow death.
- Comfort with numbers, targets, and a bit of healthy pressure.
- Basic CRM / Excel / WhatsApp Business sense (or the willingness to learn rapid).

Nice-to-haves (not dealbreakers)

- You genuinely find AI and the future of tech exciting.
- You've worked in higher-ed or student-facing roles before.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
