- Handle daily maintenance complaints and repair work.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of building, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance activities.
- Maintain the building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper upkeep of facilities.
- Attend maintenance meetings and perform assigned duties.
- Support promotional setups and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Supervise the Engineering team.
Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹31,500.00 per month
