Job Description

Responsible for performing and managing chemical laboratory activities related to cleaning line, ETP water purity analysis, and processing tank controls by maintaining all parameters within specified limits and quality requirements. Ensure protected chemical management, proper chemical handling, accurate testing, documentation, and compliance with safety, environmental, and process requirements.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience in chemical laboratory analysis and process control.
In-depth knowledge of analytical testing methods including: Auto Titration, Volumetric Titration, UV-Visible Spectrophotometry
Strong understanding of pH, conductivity, and chemical concentration measurements.
Experience in preparation and maintenance of cleaning baths, and etchants.
Strong knowledge of cleaning line operations and SWAB etching processes.
Expertise in chemical handling, storage, safety practices, and chemical management systems.
Basic knowledge of DI Water Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations.
Good understanding of chemical processing requirements and standards.
Hands-on experience with Nadcap Chemical Processing requirements.




Ability to monitor and maintain process bath parameters within specification limits.
Knowledge of laboratory documentation, calibration practices, and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with HSE, PPE compliance, and hazardous chemical handling procedures.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred experience in aerospace, aviation, surface treatment, or defense manufacturing industries.
Basic understanding of SCADA-based process automation and monitoring systems.
