We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging our community, and creating content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Draft, design, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook).
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions with our followers.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Analytics: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Assist the marketing team with brainstorming sessions and special projects.

What We’re Looking For





- Experience: Previous internship or 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Creativity: A strong eye for visual content and the ability to write compelling copy.
- Tool Proficiency: Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to a quick-paced environment.
