Candidate Profile

Gender: Male / Female

Age: 21–30 years

Educational Background:

BBA (Business Administration)

MBA (Marketing / Business Development / Healthcare Management)

PGDM (Sales & Marketing)

Postgraduate / Master’s degree holders preferred

Candidates with international education (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, etc.) are strongly encouraged

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Professional Experience

1 - 3 years as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role

Experience in a global, corporate, or multinational environment is an added advantage

Preferred Background:

NRI returnees

Candidates with international exposure or higher studies abroad

Position Summary

We are seeking a polished, globally experienced professional to provide high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate maturity, confidentiality, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to handle milestone tracking, operational coordination, and strategic assistance with precision.





Responsibilities

- Executive Assistance & Coordination
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedules, and workflow
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal & external audits, regulatory processes, and accreditation/licensing activities
- Organize meetings and ensure follow-up on tasks and action items
- Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, review, and manage confidential documents and communications
- Handle the CEO’s emails, calls, and high-level correspondence
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders

Strategic & Administrative Support

- Assist in milestone management and tracking key business priorities
- Maintain dashboards, KPI monitoring tools, and performance trackers
- Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and board documents
- Support internal training programs, including scheduling and logistics
- Meeting Management
- Organize leadership and client meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up on action points
- Maintain accurate and confidential meeting records
- Liaison & Representation
- Represent the CEO professionally across departments and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with board members, government bodies, clients, and partners




- Ensure smooth communication flow between the CEO’s office and the organization
- Automated Verticals & Operational Support
- Manage automated verticals under the CEO’s supervision
- Ensure operational stability, reporting, and coordination
- Support all assignments delegated by competent authority
- General Administrative Support
- Provide seamless administrative and operational support
- Handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage confidential information with integrity

Confidentiality & Compliance

- Strict confidentiality is mandatory
- Adherence to organizational SOPs, regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and policies is required

Required Skills & Attributes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished professional personality
- High organizational ability and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI/milestone tracking
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced leadership environments
