Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates to join our Operations & Marketing team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in production planning, customer coordination, business development, sales support, supply chain, and process improvement within the printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Assist in production planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor daily production activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Support inventory control and material planning.
- Track production targets and delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain production and operational documentation.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
- Support ERP data entry and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.

Marketing

- Support the sales and marketing team in customer relationship management.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and product information.
- Coordinate with customers regarding artwork approvals, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations.




- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
- Assist in new product development (NPD) and sample coordination.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of production planning and supply chain concepts.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of the printing and packaging industry.
- Understanding of ERP systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems is desirable.
