Job Summary

The Site Engineer – Land Acquisition is responsible for conducting site inspections, coordinating land surveys, verifying land records, assisting with land acquisition activities, and ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and project requirements. The role involves close coordination with landowners, government authorities, survey teams, and project stakeholders to facilitate timely land acquisition

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess land suitability for project requirements.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating land parcels for acquisition.
- Coordinate with survey teams to carry out topographical, boundary, and GPS surveys.
- Verify land ownership documents, survey records, and property boundaries.
- Liaise with revenue officials, local authorities, and landowners regarding acquisition activities.
- Support preparation of land acquisition proposals, reports, maps, and technical documentation.
- Monitor progress of land acquisition activities and maintain accurate project records.
- Resolve site-related issues involving land boundaries, access, and encroachments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition laws, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering,



and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Track milestones and prepare periodic progress reports for management.
- Assist in stakeholder meetings and community engagement activities when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with land acquisition procedures and revenue records.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, GIS software (preferred), and surveying instruments.

Experience

- 1 years of experience in land acquisition
- Experience coordinating with government departments and survey agencies is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of land survey methods and mapping.
- Knowledge of land records, maps, and approvals.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and survey data.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
