HR Recruiter Intern

Work Schedule

- 5 working days per week
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1 paid leave per month

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update candidate database
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Collect basic candidate information
- Prepare and format professional CVs
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Collect service charges from selected candidates
- Update recruitment trackers using Google Sheets

Requirements

- Proficiency in Google Sheets (Mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Passion for recruitment and human resources
