Job Description – Senior Site Engineer

Position: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 Years
Industry: Construction (Residential / Commercial / Villa Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities for civil and structural works.
- Handle RCC work, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, finishing, and related construction activities.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, material usage, and productivity.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.
- Prepare daily progress reports, labour reports, material reports, and site updates.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at the site.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project activities.

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of RCC, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, and structural work.
- Experience in handling Residential, Commercial, and Villa projects.
- Good understanding of site execution, civil/structural activities, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and site activities efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have experience in Civil/Structural construction projects.
- Solid site handling and reporting experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
