We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in daily production activities, packing, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while ensuring production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Support machine operation and changeovers under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.
- Handle raw materials and ensure timely supply to the production line.
- Perform packing, labeling, and palletizing of finished products.
- Conduct basic quality inspections and report any defects or issues immediately.
- Maintain production records and shift reports accurately.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments when required.
- Report machine breakdowns, safety concerns, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Support stock counting and inventory verification as assigned.
- Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, plastic, or cosmetic industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and discipline.
- Basic understanding of production processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- 9–12 hour shifts as per production requirements.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
- Night shift ( Rotational based )
Salary
- ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience).
