As we expand, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports .

Execute A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.

Develop full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal CPL/CPA/ROAS.

Collaborate with the creative team on ad designs and copywriting .

Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of strong, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proven experience building, managing,



and scaling high-performance ad campaigns.

Deep understanding of campaign structure, targeting strategies, and advanced audience segmentation.

Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and related performance marketing tools.

Demonstrated track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI, conversions, and growth.

Google Ads and/or Meta Certifications preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting, communication, and optimization skills.

Looking for a highly experienced, results-driven performance marketer who can work independently and deliver consistent results.
