Building Material Testing Laboratory (NABL Accredited)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our NABL-accredited Building Material Testing Laboratory services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing awareness of our testing services among construction companies, infrastructure developers, consultants, government departments, contractors, manufacturers, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote laboratory testing services for building materials, including cement, concrete, steel, aggregates, bricks, blocks, tiles, soil, water, bitumen, and other construction materials.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, project consultants, architects, government agencies, industries, and material manufacturers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with laboratory and technical teams to ensure timely execution of testing assignments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.




- Follow up on outstanding quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events to promote laboratory services.
- Collect customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
- Experience in laboratory services, construction materials, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial services will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the construction and building materials industry is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
