About Aao Hukum

Aao Hukum is a leading Travel & Hospitality company specializing in Rajasthan Tour Packages, Hotel Bookings, Transportation, Corporate Travel, Family Holidays, Honeymoon Packages, Group Tours, and Customized Holiday Packages. We are looking for passionate Travel Consultants to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle travel inquiries received through WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Email, Website, and Social Media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on the guest's travel plan, budget, and preferences.
- Prepare professional quotations and explain package pricing to customers.
- Guide guests with complete travel information, including:
- Pickup & Drop
- Hotel Details
- Transportation
- Sightseeing
- Meal Plan
- Departure Information
- Coordinate with the Operations Team, Hotels, and Transport Partners to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer data using CRM, Email, and company software.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to create customized travel itineraries.
- Basic knowledge of Rajasthan tour packages and domestic travel destinations.
- Computer proficiency in:
- MS Office
- Email
- Google Sheets
- CRM Software
- Internet & Online Travel Tools
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, Tour Operations, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
