About Us

22Yards is a fast-growing sports-tech company operating premium cricket venues across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore. We are looking for an Operations Executive to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our cricket facility while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily ground operations and ensure the venue is match-ready.

· Handle customer bookings and coordinate slot schedules.

· Welcome teams and ensure a seamless playing experience.

· Coordinate with ground staff, markers, umpires and maintenance teams.

· Collect customer payments and maintain daily settlement records.

· Maintain accountability for cricket equipment, balls and ground inventory.

· Ensure cleanliness, lighting, safety and overall ground readiness.

· Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

· Prepare daily operational reports for management.

· Support tournaments, coaching sessions and corporate events.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, venue management, customer service or sports operations.

· Solid communication and customer handling skills.

· Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

· Willingness to work evenings,



weekends and public holidays based on match schedules.

· Responsible, organised and able to multitask.

· Passion for sports is an added advantage.
