Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Strategy

- Understand client businesses, products, services, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Conduct competitor research and identify winning messaging opportunities.
- Research customer pain points, desires, objections, and motivations.

Translate business strategy into compelling communication and content.Ad Script Writing

- Write high-converting video ad scripts for Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop hooks, storytelling angles, objections, and compelling CTAs.
- Create multiple ad angles and script variations for testing.
- Collaborate with performance marketers and video editors to improve creative performance.

Viral Reels & Short-Form Script Writing

- Write engaging and viral-ready scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create scroll-stopping hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content trends.
- Analyze viral reels and create similar high-performing content aligned with business goals.

Conversion Copywriting

- Write landing page copy focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Write website copy for VShow4U and client businesses.

Founder & Brand Content





- Write LinkedIn content for founders and businesses.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication style.

Content Production & Shoot Execution

- Attend and execute client shoots as per the content calendar.
- Direct on-camera delivery to ensure engaging and conversion-focused content.
- Ensure all required shots and script variations are captured.
- Collaborate with the editor to maintain message clarity and creative quality.

Preferred

- Experience writing Meta Ads scripts and performance marketing creatives.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
