- Field Monitoring & SLA Management: Enforce app-based attendance, live tracking, and workflow discipline. Maintain dashboards to track aging, response times, and strict SLA compliance to eliminate portal payment penalties.
- Service Coordination & RCA/CAPA: Coordinate technician allocation with spares and material dispatch. Lead technical investigations using structured 5-Why and 8D root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions and prevent repeat failures.
- Client & Compliance Control: Direct service documentation, including visit reports, photos, and customer sign-offs. Build solid operational relationships with railway officials to ensure smooth site access, timely approvals, and complete closure acknowledgments.
